The Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Local State Administrations” re bringing it in line with the Constitution of Ukraine”

The Law excludes the prescription regarding “annual message of the President of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada on domestic and foreign situation of Ukraine” and brings provisions on formation and activity of local state administrations in line to the prescriptions of the Constitution.

The respective bill was registered under No. 4147.
